Ketton Primary School, Lincolnshire (176 pupils)

We have been using our clothes recycling bank from UK Textile Recycling for several months now and it could not have been an easier process to get the bank installed and up and running. Once we decided which size recycling bank we wanted everything was taken care of for us and the bank soon arrived with our school name brazen on the front. Our bank is located on our front playground so is highly visible to parents, carers and members of the public from the village who can deposit bags of clothes at their convenience (even if the school is closed). Whenever we have had to contact UK Textile Recycling, for extra collections or if we had a payment query, they have always been most helpful and obliging. We would certainly recommend them if you are thinking of siting one of their recycling banks at your school or premises.

Quinton Primary School, Warwickshire (77 pupils)

Installing a textile recycling bank at our school turned out to be our best and easiest fundraising scheme. The entire village supports this initiative which means both the school and church benefits from this. We are very happy with the service provided and we can always count on a quick collection if the bank is filled up. We have raised over £900 in a year and a half and our bank is constantly full. We would honestly recommend UK Textile Recycling! Friends of Quinton, Quinton Primary School.

Oundle Church of England Primary School, Northamptonshire (260 pupils)

We are a school of 260 pupils and have used UK Textile Recycling since November 2010 and have been very happy with the service they offer to our school community. The textile bin is used regularly by parents and members of the community, to the point that we sometimes even have to ask for additional collections – which all goes to help our school funds! We have found the company to be helpful at all times and payments are made regularly. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to other schools who are looking to boost their income.

Rothwell Victoria Infant School, Northamptonshire (329 Pupils)

Rothwell Victoria Infant School has been using UK Textile Recycling for the last 18 months. UK Textile Recycling visited our school assembly when the recycling bin was installed and explained to the pupils what happens to all the items that are recycled. We are extremely pleased with the response we have had from both parents and residents who use this facility which has enabled the school to raise additional funds.UK Textile Recycling are always prompt and efficient when collecting from the bin, which can be as often as every 10 days. They are always quick to pay and we are very happy using UK Textile Recycling.

The Blake School, Oxfordshire (400 pupils)

I have been very impressed with the service received from UK Textile Recycling. Our recycling bank fills quite regularly (which is great) but we have to be careful not to upset the residents in the area, therefore, we have requested quite a few extra collections. These have been arranged easily and quickly. We have found it to be a great way to raise money for the school.
